The Consumer Goods Forum welcomes members of the press to most of its events.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN A FORUM EVENT Please contact Laure Modesti mentioning which conference you wish to attend and the publication for which you work. |
Can any journalist attend? Yes. Specialized press is more inclined to attend, however general press is also often present at strategic conferences like The Global Summit. We reserve the right to limit free press passes to publications and media with a valid interest in the Conference. How many journalists can attend per publication? The Consumer Goods Forum only delivers one free pass per publication. This complimentary invitation is only valid for the journalist. Any other journalist from the same publication wishing to attend will have to register like a normal paying delegate. Do I have to pay? Access to the Conferences is usually free for journalists; however The Consumer Goods Forum do not provide either transportation or accommodation. Can I attend the whole event? As a general rule, the complimentary registration covers the whole event. Some breakout sessions and the store visits offer a limited amount of places and may be restricted. The invitation also allows the journalist to participate in social events. What facilities will be available for the press? Journalists will have the same facilities as our members participating in conferences. If you have any specific questions or requirements, please contact Laure Modesti- Email: l.modesti@theconsumergoodsforum.com, or direct line: +33 (0) 1 44 69 99 20 at least two weeks in advance. Is there a conference photographer? Yes. An official photographer operates at Conferences. The photographer hired by The Consumer Goods Forum is the exclusive photographer for the event. A CD of selected pictures of the event will be provided during and / or after the event. Specific picture arrangements can be made during the event, please ask the team on-site. What are the conference languages? The core language of conferences is English, although simultaneous interpretation may be available in German, Spanish, French and / or Japanese. Simultaneous interpretation by professional conference interpreters will be provided subject to a minimum number of 10 delegates per language group. |
