The conference offered delegates practical case studies, breakout sessions, knowledge and networking:
The breakout sessions enabled delegates to learn from practical case studies on Consumer Driven IT.
Accenture, Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Lawson (Japanese retailer), NorgesGruppen, GS1, Metro and Carrefour shared their experiences with the delegates.
Speakers in the Plenary Sessions included Albert Heijn, Coca-Cola Hellenic, Metro Group Solutions, NorgesGruppen, IBM, Procter & Gamble, Waitrose, British Telecommunications, Migros, Google, DnBNOR Bank, The Nielsen Company, EHI Retail Institute.
Delegates were also had the opportunity to discover the Dutch retail scene by visiting Albert Heijn XL Store and Distribution Centre and Heineken Experience Centre, with the IT experts from these companies. Visits to the flower auctions in Aalsmeer were also organised to allow participants to discover the world's largest flower market.
