Retail in the Fast Lane – the race to innovate in the US

The MDP Annual Congress 2003 attracted 140 future leaders from 25 countries.
The MDP Congress 2003 in New York has focused on Retail in the Fast Lane - the race to innovate in the US.
Three specific areas and their impacts on the food business were examined:
1. An innovative market for an eclectic consumer: how the US market brings new value to its consumers.
2. Same consumer, different moment: Shop the stores through the eyes of the North American Consumer. This year’s programme included Wal-Mart, Costco, Stew Leonard’s and Wild Oats in the Connecticut region.
3. The latest trends in leadership: Liberating individuals & corporations to be the best versions of themselves they can be.
